Roger is an attorney and has practiced entertainment law in the motion picture, television, advertising, and book publishing industries since 1995. Roger has been involved with more than 140 motion pictures and television productions. Prior to his legal career was a Vice President at Universal Pictures and TriStar Pictures.
He graduated from the University of California, San Diego and Loyola Law School. He has served on the Motion Picture Advisory Committee for the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development, the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Utah Advisory Board of the Sundance Institute. on the Board of the Utah Film Center, and he is a member of the High Valley Transit District board.
Roger resides in Park City and he is married to Beth Armstrong, executive director of People’s Health Clinic.
