Public hearing and possible action regarding a Special Exception. The applicant is requesting a Special Exception to Section 10-3-7(B) of the Eastern Summit County Development Code to allow for the height of a structure to exceed the 32-foot height limitation on Parcel SS-76-10, located at 5700 W Brown’s Canyon Rd, Brown’s Canyon, Summit County, UT.
