Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a driveway slope and alignment variance.
The Applicants, Susan and Steven Fassett, are requesting the following variances from Summit County
Ordinance 181-D Appendix B, Sec. 3(2), and Section 3(4):
To allow a maximum driveway grade of 13.5% AND to allow an average driveway grade of 11.7% AND to allow a grade of 8.5% for the first 20 feet of driveway AND to allow a driveway alignment of 35 degrees
