6:00 PM Public Hearing

Public hearing and possible adoption of Ordinance No. 953, an Ordinance Amending the Summit County Code, Title 4, Chapter 5; Title 9, Chapter 3; Title 10, Chapter 1; and Title 11, Chapter 8.  The purpose of these updates is to come into compliance with Summit County’s MS4 Permit. A recent audit of Summit County’s MS4 program by the State of Utah’s Division of Water Quality (DWQ) found these changes are required for Summit County to comply and avoid fines from the State. The changes have been approved by the DWQ; Kelsey Christiansen    Staff Report and Ordinance No. 953
