1. Introduction and presentation of Olympic View Master Concept Plan and proposed amendments to the 2008 Summit Research Park Development Agreement, as amended in 2014. The property subject to these amendments consists of 51 acres located at the southwest corner of SR 224 and West Ute Blvd, north of the roundabout at Olympic Parkway and West Newpark Blvd and north of the preserved open space area. Approved Development Agreement allows 1.295 million square feet (msf) of specifically defined research, offices, civic, and related support uses.
