Continued discussion regarding possible amendments to the 2008 Summit Research Park, a.k.a. Park City Tech Center, Development Agreement; PARCELS PCTC-401-AM, PCTC-402-AM, PCTC-403-AM, PCTC-404-AM, & PCTC-5B-AM, and Public Hearing on proposed amendments to the 2008 Summit Research Park Development Agreement located in the Community Commercial (CC) Zone District; subject to the Snyderville Basin General Plan and the Kimball Junction Neighborhood Plan.
