Public hearing and possible approval of Ordinance No. 955, an Ordinance Amending the Snyderville Basin Development Code Section 10-2-4.E Setbacks in the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District, Section 10-2-5.E Setback in the Hillside Stewardship (HS) Zoning District, 10-2-6.E Setbacks in the Mountain Remote Zoning District and 10-11-1 Terms Defined. The purpose of the amendments is to modify setback requirements and create definitions for lakes, ponds, rivers, and streams in the residential zones; Ray Milliner    Staff Report
