Parcel SS-25 (246.28 acres), located at 7563 Promontory Ranch Rd., Promontory, Summit County, UT, and the Promontory Vista Point – Final Subdivision Plat (39 Lots)

Parcel SS-52 (497.00 acres)located off Nicklaus Valley Road (South of Nicklaus Clubhouse), Promontory, Summit County, UT

9:00 AM           Public hearing to discuss and take action on the Promontory Signal Hill Treatment Plant Subdivision. The applicant is requesting to create a one-lot subdivision in order to transfer title for the purposes of ownership of the Mountain Regional Water treatment facility in the Promontory Specially Planned Area. The subdivision would result in a 10.52-acre one-lot subdivision without associated density.    Staff Report


                          Public hearing to discuss and take action on the Promontory Vista Point Final Subdivision Plat. The applicant is requesting to allocate 39 units of density in the Promontory Specially Planned Area. The applicant is proposing to allocate 12 Resort units, 3 Incentive Density units, and 24 Estate Base Density units.      Staff Report
