Brad Bloodworth, Prosecutor
Brad Bloodworth has litigated criminal and civil cases for over 20 years. He served as a prosecutor in the U.S. Army JAG Corps and for the Maryland county where he grew up. He has prosecuted cases involving homicide, gangs, rape, assault and drugs, among other serious offenses. Brad practiced white collar criminal defense and related civil litigation with two global law firms. He has defended corporations and senior executives in cases involving securities, antitrust, fraud, embezzlement and foreign corrupt practices.
Brad holds engineering degrees from the United States Military Academy at West Point and the Johns Hopkins University, and a law degree from the University of Baltimore. He lives with his wife and school-aged son in Park City. Their adult daughter attends the University of Utah. Brad enjoys skiing and cycling.
