June 21, 2016 Rocky Mountain Power's commercial customers now have a new option to use solar power without rooftop panels. The Subscriber Solar program allows Utah businesses to purchase solar power even if they lease, don't want to invest in solar panels, or have roofs that are not suitable for solar generation.
