Early Intervention Physical Therapist

Job Description
Summit County is recruiting an experienced professional looking to make a difference in a region that takes pride in our Public Health programs. This is an exceptional opportunity for a caring, Physical Therapist to share developed skills in a variety of professional level duties, which include assessing, planning, providing service, and documenting the needs and progress for EI eligible children. A working knowledge of standard computer programs is needed along with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with patients, their families, health care personnel, administrators, co-workers, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications
a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, a current License with the State of Utah Department of Commerce – Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing*, and two years of recent experience in a pediatric physical therapy field.

Special Qualifications - a valid driver’s license and must hold or complete the Utah State Health Department Early Intervention II qualifications within one year of hire. Spanish Speaking is preferred.

Salary Range:

  • EI Physical Therapist: $29.85 – $41.80/hr. part-time less than 30 hours, non-benefitted.
