The FILING date for the Business Personal Property Tax is May 17. The Signed Statement of Personal Property with all personal property equipment updates must be filed with the Assessor’s office to avoid penalties by this date. A nonwaivable, $25 or 10% penalty will be charged to businesses who do not file by May 17.
Please note that to avoid the penalty, the personal property statement must be filed by the original due date of May 17. These can be emailed to Kirsten Richins at firstname.lastname@example.org.
