Application
In order to get a new passport, you must apply in person at the County Clerk’s Office, bring a passport photo (photos can be taken in office for $10), government issued photo identification, and a certified copy of your birth certificate to submit with your application.
You can fill out a passport application to print and bring with you or you can obtain and fill out an application here at the Clerk’s Office.

Bring 2 forms of payment, 1 of which has to be a check or a money order, the other can be cash, check, or credit card.
Submission Time
We accept passport applications Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment.
Minors
All children under age 16 must apply for a passport in person with two parents or legal guardians. You must bring the child's original/certified birth certificate along with a government issued photo identification for each parent.
One parent may accompany the child if they have a notarized statement of authorization and a copy of their driver’s license (front and back). Parents with sole custody may also appear with the child and submit primary evidence of sole authority to apply.
Minors who are 16 to 17 years old must be accompanied by 1 parent with government issued photo identification.
